This Privacy Policy explains how ZingTalk collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the ZingTalk mobile application and related services.

1. Information We May Collect

• Account information such as mobile number, profile name, profile image, selected language and ZingTalk ID.
• Verification information, including verification videos submitted by eligible users.
• Messages, reports and related communication information required to operate and protect the service.
• Call information such as call type, duration, time and connection status.
• Device information, notification tokens, app version, operating system and technical logs.
• Payment and transaction records. Full card or UPI credentials are processed by authorized payment providers and are not stored by ZingTalk.
• Approximate location or permission information when needed for service availability, security or verification.

2. How We Use Information

• To create and manage user accounts.
• To provide messaging, audio-call and video-call features.
• To process payments, balances, earnings and withdrawals.
• To verify users and prevent fake or abusive accounts.
• To detect fraud, scams, harassment and policy violations.
• To provide notifications and customer support.
• To improve app reliability, safety and performance.

3. Service Providers

ZingTalk may use trusted technology, hosting, communication, analytics, verification and payment service providers to operate the app. These providers may process information only as required to provide their services and protect the platform.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, authorities where legally required, or when necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security threats or violations of our policies.

5. Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, process payments, maintain security and meet legal or regulatory requirements. Verification and moderation records may be retained when required for platform safety.

6. User Choices

Users may update certain profile information, manage app permissions, block other users, report inappropriate behaviour or request account deletion.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no internet or digital storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Adult Users Only

ZingTalk is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. People under 18 must not create or use an account.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, technology or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be available on this website.

Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using ZingTalk, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Community Guidelines.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to use ZingTalk.

2. Account Responsibility

• Provide accurate registration and verification information.
• Keep your device, OTP and account access secure.
• Do not sell, transfer or share your account.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Calls and Messages

ZingTalk provides communication features between users. Users must communicate respectfully and must not misuse calls, messages, images or any other feature.

4. Coins, Payments and Charges

• Certain features may require paid coins, balance or recharge.
• Prices and available packages will be displayed before payment.
• Coins are virtual service credits and are not legal currency.
• Completed payments may be non-refundable except where required by law or where a verified technical failure occurred.
• Fraudulent payments, chargebacks or payment misuse may result in account restriction.

5. Earnings and Withdrawals

Approved earning users may receive earnings according to the rules displayed in the app. Withdrawals may require identity, bank and account verification. Applicable platform charges, taxes or deductions may be applied before payment.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not harass, threaten, scam, impersonate, exploit, blackmail or share illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative or harmful content. Sharing personal contact numbers or attempting to bypass platform safety systems is prohibited.

7. Recording and Screenshots

Users must not record, capture, distribute or publish another person's private calls, video, voice or messages without lawful permission and clear consent.

8. Suspension and Termination

ZingTalk may warn, restrict, suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risks, commit fraud or misuse the service.

9. Service Availability

Features may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, network issues, third-party services or technical problems. We may improve, change or discontinue features when necessary.

10. Limitation of Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own conversations, decisions and interactions. ZingTalk does not guarantee the identity, intentions or behaviour of every user.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of ZingTalk after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Community Guidelines

These rules help keep ZingTalk respectful, safe and welcoming. They apply to profiles, messages, audio calls, video calls, verification content and all other activity.

Be Respectful

• No bullying, harassment, threats or abusive language.
• No hate speech or attacks based on personal identity.
• No repeated unwanted calls or messages.

Protect Privacy

• Do not share phone numbers or private contact details.
• Do not request passwords, OTPs or banking credentials.
• Do not publish another person's private information.
• Do not record or distribute private calls without consent.

No Sexual Exploitation

• No sexual exploitation, coercion or blackmail.
• No content involving or appearing to involve minors.
• No requests for illegal or non-consensual sexual content.

No Fraud or Impersonation

• Do not pretend to be another person or organization.
• Do not use fake verification documents or stolen photos.
• Do not request money through false stories or scams.

No Illegal or Dangerous Activity

• No promotion of violence, crime or dangerous acts.
• No sale or promotion of prohibited goods or services.
• No malware, spam, phishing links or platform manipulation.

Reporting Violations

Users should block and report accounts that violate these rules. ZingTalk may review reports and take action including warnings, restrictions, suspension or permanent removal.

• Personal information no longer required to operate the service.

Information That May Be Retained

Certain transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute, moderation, security or legal records may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required. Retained information will not be used to provide an active ZingTalk account.
